Chesil Park owns residential property throughout the UK and is actively purchasing between 20-30 properties each month. The investment strategy is to purchase high yielding properties in areas that are going through regeneration, thus producing the high levels of capital growth on which our business thrives.

Because of the strong financial base that Chesil Park operates and good relationships with the UK’s major financial institutions we have the ability to purchase properties over shortened timescales compared to most investors.
